What we collect

When you send an enquiry or booking request we collect your name, contact details, vehicle details, location, preferred dates, your message and any vehicle photos you upload.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, arrange bookings and provide aftercare. We do not sell your information. Vehicle photos are only published with your permission.

Storage and retention

Information is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised staff. We keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
